I have so much to write about..But let me start with couple of things..One is about the book fair by BAPASI that I am going to cover in this blog post.
Book sellers and publishers association of south india conduct book fair every year at chennai..I wish to be regular to the fair and this year it was at St.george school opposite to Pachayappas college..
Thankfully I was able to visit twice with my six year old..Always I get overwhelmed by the plethora of stalls..But this time it is a nice experience..Couple of friends helped me with the must visit stall numbers and that helped me to focus on the stalls that I have to visit,leaving the rest to some other day..
My boy took the priority and so majority of my haul is for him...Eureka,apple and spidder stalls had nice chart collections for the kids and I just grabbed few...Got tenali raman,akbar birbal stories along with Amar chithra katha books..Did a magic pot subscription for 6 months..Visited stalls like cuemath,ponniyin selvan comin stall,Tulika,CBT,NBT,Scholastic,info maps,books for children,book worms library,apple,eureka,spidder,book world library etc..How I wish,I was dirt rich to get whatever book, that I wished for :)
